What kinds of work do you actually automate?
Mostly the repetitive parts of running a business: bookkeeping, keeping a website current, project-management admin, and bespoke connections between the tools you already use. If a task is rules-based and eats your week, it's a candidate.
Do we need any technical knowledge?
No. We handle scoping, building, integration and maintenance. You tell us the outcome you want; we look after the plumbing.
Which tools can you connect to?
The ones shown above and many more. Anything with an API is fair game, and we can also reach tools through Zapier or Make. If something isn't listed, we build a custom connector.
How long until something's live?
Most first integrations go live within roughly one to two weeks, depending on scope and how many workflows are involved. The audit gives you a firm timeline before any build starts.
Is our data handled safely?
Yes. We work to GDPR standards, sign a data-processing agreement, and are explicit about which AI services your data passes through. Nothing moves through a tool you haven't approved.
Do you replace our accountant or team?
No. We assist them. A human stays in control of anything that matters, like signing off the books. We remove the busywork, not the oversight.
